Gratuities: Floating Feather® has a distinctive approach to business in many areas, and one of these is in our gratuity policy. At Floating Feather®, we DO NOT accept gratuities from our clients. We feel honored that you are our client: Your repeat business is our reward.

Spa Wear: A plush, cozy robe and spa slippers will be provided for wear in the spa whenever guests visit for more than one service or by request with any appointment.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are available in any denomination and can be used to purchase any service or product. They can be delivered by mail or overnight service. There is a small postage and handling charge for gifts sent by mail, and an additional charge for overnight service.

Refreshments: We provide a full refreshment service for all guests, whether you are visiting us for an hour or for the day. This includes water and a selection of organic teas. When making your appointment, let us know if you’d like to relax in our serenity area and enjoy refreshments before and/or after your service.

Parking: Street parking, for a minimal cost, is available in the area surrounding Floating Feather™ as well as numerous parking garages. Please note on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays street parking is free.
